1. Online Application & Document Submission Thu, October 26 – Tue, November 7, 2023 (by 5:00 PM)

Thu, September 14 - Wed, September 27 (by 5:00PM)
  • Online Application:Sejong One Stop Service Center Website(sos.sejong.ac.kr)
  • Submitted documents must arrive at Sejong University's OneStopService Center(admissions team) by the fixed deadline.-Any submission of documents after the deadline will automatically be canceled.
  • You must complete the online application(including payment of application fees)before submitting the documents.
  • Submitted documents cannot be returned regardless of reason. • If necessary, there may be a pre-online interview request.
2. Evaluation by Department Fri, December 8 – Thu, December 14, 2023 Thu, October 26 - Tue, October 31, 2023
  • The contents of the examination will not be disclosed except for the final decision (admitted/not admitted).
  • Results: log into your account(sos.sejong.ac.kr) 
3. Admission Decisions (provisional) Thu, December 28, 2023 (5:00 PM) Fri, November 17 (5:00PM)
4. Tuition Payment Thu, December 28, 2023 – Thu, January 4, 2024 Mon, November 20 - Fri, November 24, 2023
  • The payment must be confirmed to Sejong University by the 4th. Even if you submit an overseas remittance confirmation sheet during the payment period, if the amount has not arrived by the 4th,it will be considered unregistered.
5. Issuance of Certificate of Admissions From Mon, January 15, 2024 Wed, December 20 - Fri, December 22, 2023
  • Inquiries asking if the certificates can be issued faster cannot be answered.
  • For those whose passport has been updated,
  • Please send your updated passport information in advance.

 ※ The admission timeline is subject to change. If a change is made, it will be announced at the website (http://eng.sejong.ac.kr).
※ If any of the required documents are incomplete or unsatisfactory, you will be disqualified for the admission.
※ Any issues arising as a result of visa refusal will be solely the responsibility of the applicant.
