Q [Korean Language Course] If I study abroad for one year, can I get the benefit for one year?

If you wish to study for one year as an outbound student, you could. However, the benefit of Global Excellence scholarship is applied only for one semester.
Q [Korean Language Course] International students can apply for Global Excellence Scholarship Program?

Yes, International students could apply. An international student could study his/her home (or a country where his/her mother tongue is the official/mother tongue) country as a general outbound student, but Global Excellence Scholarship Awardee cannot study at his/her home country.
Q [Korean Language Course] Are there any scholarships available for outbound students?

Yes, we have 'global excellence scholarship program' which provides with full tuition fee waiver + 2,000,000KRW of living allowance and 'National Expert Program' which provides with tuition to home university 50% waiver. You can also consider the universities that provides with their accommodation free of charge.
