  • Online Application : Sejong One Stop Service Center Website (sos.sejong.ac.kr)
  • Submitted documents must arrive at Sejong University's One StopService Center (admissions team) by the fixed deadline.
  • Any submission of documents after the deadline will automatically be canceled.
  • You must complete the online application (including payment of application fees) before submitting the documents.
  • Submitted documents cannot be returned regardless of reason.
  • If necessary, there may be a request for an online pre-screening interview.

  • The payment must be confirmed by the deadline for each round of tuition fees by Sejong University. 
  • Even if you submit an overseas remittance confirmation  sheet during the payment period, if the amount has not arrived by the deadline, it will be considered unregistered

  • Inquiries asking if the certificates can be issued faster cannot be answered. For those whose passport has been updated, please send your updated passport information in advance.

※ The admission timeline is subject to change. If a change is made, it will be announced at the website (http://eng.sejong.ac.kr).
※ If any of the required documents are incomplete or unsatisfactory, you will be disqualified for the admission.
※ Any issues arising as a result of visa refusal will be solely the responsibility of the applicant.

※ If a student who took the 93rd TOPIK wishes to apply in the 2nd Round, the student should enter his/her expected TOPIK score in the online application form AND THEN submit the official TOPIK score report to intadmission@sejong.ac.kr by Thursday, May 30 by 24:00 (midnight). Applicant who does not meet the admission requirement or fails to submit his/her TOPIK score report within the specified period will not proceed to the next admission step.
※The 3rd round of admission is only for Sejong Prep Course students or for applicants who are currently staying in Korea with the Korean ARC number.
