※ Announcements for each semester’s dormitories will be made on the homepage announcements, so please refer to the announcements for further details.

How to Apply

Steps Details
Step 1 Log into the Portal System:
https://portal.sejong.ac.kr/jsp/login/loginSSL.jsp
ID: Student ID, PW(Date of Birth 8 digits YYYYMMDD for the first login)
Step 2 일반행정정보시스템 ⇨ Change language settings ⇨ Service for student (left upper corner) ⇨ Dormitory ⇨ Dormitory application ⇨ Apply
※ For new applicants, select 'new', and for extension, select 'extension'.

※ Freshmen apply with Naver Form - please refer to the announcements later for further details.

Payment

- A full payment should be made in Korean WON to a designated bank within the specified time period indicated in the invoice.

Announcement of Selected Applicants

- The result will be announced on the notice board.

Required Documents for Selected Applicants

Passport sized photo, Passport or an Alien Registration Card, Health certificate (TB, hepatitis B)
