안녕하세요, 세종대학교 원스톱서비스센터(입학팀)입니다.
세종대학교에 지원해 주셔서 감사드리며, 합격을 진심으로 축하드립니다.
아직 등록금을 납부하지 않으셨다면 추가 등록 기간을 통해 등록금을 납부하실 수 있습니다.
자세한 사항은 아래를 확인해 주세요.
1. 추가 등록 대상자:
• 2026학년도 전기 합격자(학부,대학원) 중 등록금 납부 기간에 등록금을 내지 못했거나 뒤늦게 세종대학교 등록을 결정한 자
• 불합격자와 이미 등록금을 납부한 학생은 해당되지 않음
2. 추가 등록 기간: 2026년 1월 12일 ~ 2026년 1월 19일 16:00시(KST)까지
3. 등록금 납부 방법
• Flywire를 통한 납부 : 지원 페이지(sos.sejong.ac.kr) 내 마이페이지에서 Flywire를 통해 등록금 결제
• 가상계좌를 통한 납부 : 가상계좌 발급이 필요한 경우, intadmission@sejong.ac.kr로 문의 바랍니다.
4. 추가 서류 제출 안내
추가 등록금 납부자는 아래 서류를 반드시 제출해주시기 바랍니다.
•은행잔고증명원 (Verification of Deposit)
- 지원 페이지에 업로드
- 동일한 문서 원본은 우편 또는 방문 제출
- 발급일: 2026년 1월 2일 이후 발급본(동결일이 있는 경우 발급일 기준 6개월 이전까지 인정) 2026년 1월 23일까지 제출
•졸업예정자 서류 (해당자에 한함)
- 최종 졸업증명서 (영사확인 또는 아포스티유) 및 성적증명서를 2026년 1월 23일까지 지원 페이지에 업로드
- 동일한 문서 원본은 우편 또는 방문 제출
5. 표준입학허가서 (Certificate of Admission, CoA) 발급 안내
모든 서류 검토 후 이상이 없을 경우, 표준입학허가서는 **2026년 1월 26일**부터 순차적으로 발급될 예정이며, 지원 페이지(sos.sejong.ac.kr) 내 마이페이지에서 다운로드 가능합니다.

[Sejong University] Notice on Additional Tuition Payment Period and Document Submission
Dear Students,
Warm greetings from Sejong University International Admission Office.
Thank you for applying to Sejong University, we would like to sincerely congratulate you on your acceptance to Sejong University!
If you have not yet paid your tuition fees, you can do so during the additional payment period. Please find the details below.
1. Eligible Applicants:
• Those who passed the Spring 2026 international admissions (undergraduate, graduate) and either failed to pay tuition during the initial payment periods or have recently decided to enroll at Sejong University.
• (Not applicable to students who were not admitted or have already completed payment.)
2. Additional Payment Period: January 12, 2026 – January 19, 2026, 4:00 PM (KST)
3. Tuition Payment Methods
• Payment via Flywire : Access the payment page via My Page on the application site (sos.sejong.ac.kr) and complete payment using Flywire.
• Payment via Virtual Bank Account : To request a virtual bank account, contact intadmission@sejong.ac.kr.
4. Additional Document Submission Instructions
The first round applicants making a tuition payment now are required to submit the documents listed below
•Verification of Deposit (은행잔고증명원)
- Upload to the application site.
- Submit the original document by mail or in person.
- Issue date: Documents issued on or after January 2, 2026, submit by January 23, 2026.(If a freeze date is indicated, it must cover up to 6 months before in accordance to the 'issued date'.)
•For Prospective Graduates (if applicable)
- Upload the final graduation certificate (with consular confirmation or apostille) and academic transcript to the application site by January 23, 2026.
- Submit the original documents by mail or in person.
5. Certificate of Admission (CoA) Issuance Notice
Once all documents have been reviewed and approved, the Certificate of Admission (CoA) will be issued on January 26, 2026 and will be available for download via My Page on the application site (sos.sejong.ac.kr).

[世宗大学] 关于补缴学费及文件提交的通知
您好，
这里是世宗大学一站式服务中心（外国人入学组）。
首先，诚挚祝贺您成功被世宗大学录取！
如果您尚未缴纳学费，您可以在补缴期间完成学费缴纳。详细信息如下：
1.适用对象:
• 通过2026年春季 (本科及研究生)国际招生录取的学生，但未在初次缴费期间缴纳学费，或近期决定注册世宗大学的学生。
• 不适用于未被录取的学生或已完成缴费的学生。
2.追加缴费时间: 2026年1月12日至2026年1月19日，截止至下午4:00（韩国标准时间，KST）
3.缴费方法:
•通过 Flywire 缴费 ：登录申请页面 (sos.sejong.ac.kr) 的我的页面，并使用 Flywire 完成缴费。
•通过虚拟账户缴费 ：如需申请虚拟账户，请联系 intadmission@sejong.ac.kr。
4. 补交文件说明
补缴期间完成学费缴纳的学生请务必提交以下所需文件：
•银行存款证明 (Verification of Deposit)
- 上传至申请页面。
- 邮寄或亲自提交原件。
- **文件签发日期：需为2026年1月2日 **及之后签发，截止至 2026年1月23日 提交。若银行存款证明上标注冻结日期，则必须涵盖以签发日期为准6个月内的资金状况。
•针对预毕业生（如适用）
- 在**2026年1月23日**之前，将最终毕业证明书（附领事认证或公证认证）和成绩单上传至申请页面。
- 邮寄或亲自提交文件原件。
5. 标准入学许可书 (Certificate of Admission, CoA) 发放说明
所有文件审核无误后，标准入学许可书将于2026年1月26日 顺次发放，并可通过申请页面 (sos.sejong.ac.kr) 的我的页面下载。
