The Fashion Design Program at Sejong University’s Institute for Future Education successfully held its fashion exhibition titled ‘Spectrum’ from June 9 to 12 at Gallery 3 of the Sejong Museum, B1, Gwanggaeto Hall.
Under the theme ‘Spectrum’, the exhibition was designed to express inner self and identity through fashion. Ten students from diverse age groups and backgrounds participated, showcasing experimental and original works that reflected their unique worldviews and emotions. The wide array of vibrant and distinctive pieces drew great attention from visitors.
From the planning stage to space design and production, the entire exhibition was led by the students themselves. Through this process, they were able to enhance their practical skills and explore their potential as fashion designers.
Professor Cho Jung-yoon, head of the program, remarked, “This exhibition is a valuable outcome of students independently creating works that reflect their own tastes and ideas within the school setting. I hope they were able to experience the expansion of the fashion world through these expressions of individuality.”
She added, “The Fashion Design Program at the Institute for Future Education offers a hands-on curriculum and a faculty of industry professionals to help students successfully pursue various career paths after graduation. We hope for your continued interest and support.”
